Alicia Rios, DNP, FNP-C, PHN, is a dedicated nurse partitioner at Apple Urgent Care in Colton, Coachella, Moreno Valley, Hemet, San Jacinto, Perris, Riverside, Indio, and San Bernardino, California.
Alicia attended West Coast University in Los Angeles, California, and furthered her education at Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, Kentucky.
Specializing in family practice, driven by her passion for helping individuals manage health conditions across their lifespan. With a focus on comprehensive care, Alicia serves patients of all ages, from pediatrics through to adults and geriatrics, aiming to support entire families in achieving and maintaining optimal health.
Alicia has accumulated over 10 years of experience in managing chronic health conditions, obesity, and aesthetic medicine. Since 2021, she has been involved in primary care and internal medicine, applying her expertise to provide comprehensive healthcare solutions.
Throughout her journey, Alicia earned a Sigma Theta Tau nomination and graduated with honors as an FNP. She has also been recognized with a Caring Heart Award and a Mended Hearts Award.
Alicia is actively engaged in professional organizations such as the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), the California Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board.
Her main inspiration to pursue a career in the medical field stems from her personal experience raising a son with Autism. This profound journey has fueled her passion for healthcare, motivating her to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families.
