Exceptional service in and out of there in less then an hour I went in for antibiotics and I got them for my mouth I have three teeth maybe 4 anyways there the best care I received from health care practices I mean these girls are on there thang and when I got to Walgreens my prescription was already there ladies keep up the great work and thank you and the 1 male there the doc thanks to him to I would recommend to everyone thanks Apple staff.

I didn’t have to wait very long to see the doctor (I’ve gone to other urgent care facilities and the wait time was at least 2 hours). The doctor knew right away what my condition was and the instructions given for the prescription medication that they gave me was easy to understand.

Dr. Igbinosun had a cheerful and uplifting demeanor, making the usually frustrating experience of visiting a medical office much more pleasant. He clearly explained my condition and provided a timely diagnosis. Doctors like him are rare, and he’s truly a treasure wherever he practices.

Ive been there twice, a year apart. The first time was for a severe cold the second time was for a tooth infection and this guy saved my life two times. my blood pressure was high the first time and my blood pressure was high the second time. 230/120. Didn’t know my blood pressure was high until I saw him because I refuse to take my blood pressure medication for months. I didn’t have a headache or any kind of complications. Thank you.

He made me feel comfortable and safe, very honest and helped me understand what I needed done for the pain in my arm and wrist. I definitely recommend this urgent care. I highly recommend Apple Urgent Care! It has a qualified medical staff that was able to serve my needs. It was conveniently located and hours exceeded other facilities. It had an efficient patient flow, and they were able to handle a range of common urgent care needs without unnecessary delays. I didn’t wait long to be seen. Staff was very caring and professional. I don’t even want to leave 1 star for this review. I went into Apple urgent care Wednesday, November 20th due to difficulty breathing with a high fever. Did a home test and got flu A result. I have chronic asthma ever since I was a kid so when I get upper respiratory illness it hits me hard. My o2 saturation was at 89% and my chest was extremely tight. When they took my vitals they kept moving the finger tip scanner to different fingers (first my index, then to my middle finger, then to my ring finger) until they got a 95% o2 saturation read. That is cheating!!! When I saw the doctor he asked me a few questions and prescribed my amoxicillin and cough syrup and sent me on my way without even listening to my chest through a stethoscope. No labs either. I ended up going to the ER that same evening and was diagnosed with pneumonia. I will NEVER return to this urgent care facility ever again!

We had an Excellent experience yesterday at Apple urgent care! When we arrived we were called back in less then 5 minutes to see the doctor, the doctor came in , he was warm and friendly ( not to mention funny as well!) We were in and out of there, in less then 30 mins! I Would highly Recommend them to anyone.

It was a good visit all and all. The doctor took the time to read my history. He ultimately referred me to E.R., but knowing where the limits of Urgent Care, the doctor acted quickly, and sought me to get the best medical care that had he could recommend. I appreciated his care while I was under it.

It's always quick here I don't have to sit for hours and hours all day. It may be a small place with small rooms, but the staff have always been nice to me and my son when we come in. The doctor is great he always listens fully to us and gives us the meds and stuff we need to get better and not say one thing in the room and change it later when you go get meds or something like other doctors do. It's small but good place

I came in for a sinus infection.I was expecting a long wait, but that was not the case.I was checked in, vitals checked and seen by the doctor in less than an hour and a half. I was surprised how quickly I was seen and on my way home.Much better turn around than usual.

I was very satisfied with the office staff and the doctor. I was a walk in and there was no wait time. The front desk, nurse and doctor were very professional and the doctor was straight forward and honest and took time out to talk to me. Older facility but very clean.

Wonderful care of patients and concerns. I was seen by a very caring nurse first who took all my vitals right away. Then doctor came in and accessed my problems and after he asked all the necessary questions, informed me the needed medications would be submitted to my pharmacy within 5 minutes and within 5 minutes I received a text from my pharmacy informing me the medications were being prepared. I went to wash my hands and with in that time my note for work had always been prepared. I was seen and treated within 15 minutes and it wasn’t a rushed job. Just efficient and they showed they care about their patients.

Sassy attitude about why I haven’t seen my PCP. Refused to refill a mouth wash. Asked for a medicine I’ve had for years & denies it because she feels it’s counter productive. She doesn’t understand that not all side effects are guaranteed which is something I feel they should to teach at school. Wouldn’t be my first bad experience with her either but lesson learned. If I ever go back to Apple Urgent care I’ll have to confirm she won’t be my doctor as anyone else would do.

Very friendly and professional. Doctor listen to what I told her in regards to my illness and prescribed medication. Phone in prescribed without having to wait for it in line.

Receptionist nurses and doctor were all nice friendly and very professional. I went in on a Sunday and the service was so fast and efficient. I only took a star away due to the interior of the building. Wish it was nicer looking. Uncomfortable inexpensive chairs and peeling paint. Obviously the care was the most important but atheistics matter as well.

The doctor was nice but the two ghetto girls in the front were super rude to myself and everyone that was coming in. Very unprofessional and rude people go in there seeking for medical attention not attitude from anyone that’s the least thing people who are sick or ill need. These staff need to take some customer service training and be more professional especially considering the people they’re working with.

My favorite urgent care in the city. The doctors and staff here are great, they always listen and answer any questions or concerns I may have. Service is mostly fast yet staff is always patient.

The wait time after being placed in the back room was a little too long and the room was freezing cold, other than that everything went smoothly.

Nurse Adebisi was cordial but unable to identify the welts on my skin which were red, itchy, and multiplying. I saw pictures on the Internet which resembled the welts but we're diagnosed as scabies. I could not identify how I could have been infected and needed both a diagnosis and remedy, which required a prescription to cure scabies. Nurse Adebisi did send a prescription for 5% Permethrin cream. I showered and immediately applied cream as directed. The itching and redness went away overnight. While I do not have diagnosis, it seems like the medicine has worked, thanks to Nurse Adebisi.

They were able to get my daughter seen in such little time and i felt heard. 10/10

I checked in, paid my copay and waited a little while. When I was called in, it was very clean and calming, I was treated so well, very professional. My doctor was very caring, she diagnosed me correctly, because it’s the next day and my problem is visibly better. I’m so glad I went to Apple Urgent Care. I will go back when I need urgent care.

Went in with a flare up of my Diverticulitis. This is something I have been treated for many times including at Apple urgent care. The treatment being a prescription of antibiotics. The doctor at this visit said she would not be able to provide any treatment until I got an abdominal scan - I could get one at the hospital. THAT WAS IT! No exam, no treatment, less than a minute with her. 10 years with this problem, 5-6 different doctors and no one ever said it required a scan to be treated. Never seen a doctor less interested in gaining info from a patient. Ridiculous

Amazing urgent care, got in within an hour or so of waiting and they listened to my issue and had me feeling greater and safer than ever when I left, I pulled a bad muscle in my back area at the gym and they gave me medicine that relieved the pain in under 15 mins and I could walk, move and bend again!

Dr. Folley did a great job stitching up a laceration on my leg. I've come to Apple Urgent Care 3 or 4 times now & they're always very helpful & kind. I highly recommend them. The entire staff is great

They gave me option when it came to care and treatment, this I like because there days you have to be your own health care advocate and how can you do that without options and choices!
