In and out love this urgent care office staff very friendly love them.

It's always quick here I don't have to sit for hours and hours all day. It may be a small place with small rooms, but the staff have always been nice to me and my son when we come in. The doctor is great he always listens fully to us and gives us the meds and stuff we need to get better and not say one thing in the room and change it later when you go get meds or something like other doctors do. It's small but good place

I came in for a sinus infection.I was expecting a long wait, but that was not the case.I was checked in, vitals checked and seen by the doctor in less than an hour and a half. I was surprised how quickly I was seen and on my way home.Much better turn around than usual.

I have gentile wiener issues showed doctor not my first 2nd 7th rodeo I got what I needed and life goes on although I wantef 800 mlg instead of 400mlg I could have cut 400 in half and spread it out.. lol

I was very satisfied with the office staff and the doctor. I was a walk in and there was no wait time. The front desk, nurse and doctor were very professional and the doctor was straight forward and honest and took time out to talk to me. Older facility but very clean.

I was in and out in 30 minutes

Wonderful care of patients and concerns. I was seen by a very caring nurse first who took all my vitals right away. Then doctor came in and accessed my problems and after he asked all the necessary questions, informed me the needed medications would be submitted to my pharmacy within 5 minutes and within 5 minutes I received a text from my pharmacy informing me the medications were being prepared. I went to wash my hands and with in that time my note for work had always been prepared. I was seen and treated within 15 minutes and it wasn’t a rushed job. Just efficient and they showed they care about their patients.

Great personel, the dr and staff had the best attendence and quickest service I have gotted. The best urgent care in town. I highly recommend this place.

They’re very friendly and you’re in and out in usually less than 1 hour. This is my first choice for urgent cares. Totally recommend.

Sassy attitude about why I haven’t seen my PCP. Refused to refill a mouth wash. Asked for a medicine I’ve had for years & denies it because she feels it’s counter productive. She doesn’t understand that not all side effects are guaranteed which is something I feel they should to teach at school. Wouldn’t be my first bad experience with her either but lesson learned. If I ever go back to Apple Urgent care I’ll have to confirm she won’t be my doctor as anyone else would do.

I only took a star away due to the interior of the building. Wish it was nicer looking. Uncomfortable inexpensive chairs and peeling paint. Obviously the care was the most important but atheistics matter as well.

Very unprofessional and rude people go in there seeking for medical attention not attitude from anyone that’s the least thing people who are sick or ill need. These staff need to take some customer service training and be more professional especially considering the people they’re working with.

Really nice staff

Nurse Adebisi was cordial but unable to identify the welts on my skin which were red, itchy, and multiplying. I saw pictures on the Internet which resembled the welts but we're diagnosed as scabies. I could not identify how I could have been infected and needed both a diagnosis and remedy, which required a prescription to cure scabies. Nurse Adebisi did send a prescription for 5% Permethrin cream. I showered and immediately applied cream as directed. The itching and redness went away overnight. While I do not have diagnosis, it seems like the medicine has worked, thanks to Nurse Adebisi.

They were able to get my daughter seen in such little time and i felt heard. 10/10

I checked in, paid my copay and waited a little while. When I was called in, it was very clean and calming, I was treated so well, very professional. Went in with a flare up of my Diverticulitis. This is something I have been treated for many times including at Apple urgent care. The treatment being a prescription of antibiotics. The doctor at this visit said she would not be able to provide any treatment until I got an abdominal scan - I could get one at the hospital. THAT WAS IT! No exam, no treatment, less than a minute with her. 10 years with this problem, 5-6 different doctors and no one ever said it required a scan to be treated. Never seen a doctor less interested in gaining info from a patient. Ridiculous

Amazing urgent care, got in within an hour or so of waiting and they listened to my issue and had me feeling greater and safer than ever when I left, I pulled a bad muscle in my back area at the gym and they gave me medicine that relieved the pain in under 15 mins and I could walk, move and bend again!

Dr. Folley did a great job stitching up a laceration on my leg. I've come to Apple Urgent Care 3 or 4 times now & they're always very helpful & kind. I highly recommend them. The entire staff is great

They gave me option when it came to care and treatment, this I like because there days you have to be your own health care advocate and how can you do that without options and choices! I was going to give a 4 because 5 should be reserved for above and beyond but this experience deserves no less than a 5. As I was in and out in just about that time!

It’s the best place to go

When I walked in the lady at the front desk told me to hold on so as I was waiting I was able to hear their conversation which had nothing to do with work it was their personal life. They asked for my insurance and I provided that to them. 15 minutes later they call me in and see me then I was on my way home. The next day I get a call saying that I needed to go in and pay because I was out of network. I asked why didn’t they tell me that while I was there and she said that they missed it. OF COURSE TOU MISSED IT! YOU WERE TO BUSY TALKING ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL LIFE AND NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO THE PAPERWORK OR INSURANCE.

Very nice lady. She explained my symptoms very well, and the best way to help tackle it. I felt really comfortable talking to her. I'm already feeling much better with the meds she prescribed. The whole process took me less than 30mins as well, considering I went when there wasn't a lot of people. I had a really good experience and will definitely recommend this physician and urgent care.

My experience with PA Bernotas was great! He took very good care of me. It almost felt like he saved my life, I appreciate him and definitely recommended him.

Looks like they sold my phone number to a third party.. People pretending to be a friend. I haven't talked to in a long time.. Text messages. How I've been feeling. I never give this phone number to anyone. Apple urgent care was the only one who got it. Restarted receiving text messages directly after my visit. You draw your own conclusion

My first patient visit it was quick and easy to get in, staff was completely personable (friendly) I felt listened to and not just pushed paperwork in my face… when the doctor finally seen me he was also personable (friendly) listened to me before asking questions then mad his assessment. Doctor Folley was amazing! The staff was very kind. I was in and out of there pretty quickly.

Only concern was the receptionist was a bit rude, should always look at patient and be courteous. Other thing that bothered me is when you send a new rx to any pharmacy never say when it will be ready. Rule of suggestion is 2 hours. Save yourself and the pharmacy from any complaints.

Came in needing meds for tendonitis in the shoulder and shingles in the leg. Waited a shorter time than most places, but I was early too. Lady at the desk was nice and helpful and the Dr was the same. Received my meds and am feeling much better.

Doctor Caguin and his Medical Assistant were very cordial and professional. They diagnosed my concerns and gave me the proper injections to treat my symptoms and get me healing.
